FOUNDER OF SCIENTIFIC OFFICE FOR AUDITING, ACCOUNTING & CONSULTING

Mr Jamal Masoud graduated from the University of Jordan with a BSc degree in Economics and Commerce in 1973. Since then, and until the end of 1982, he worked as a chief accountant and financial manager in few companies, namely, the Industrial Agricultural Trading Co., Plc. and the Arabic Company for Int’l Trading and Investment, Plc. In 1981 Mr. Masoud became a Jordanian certified public accountant (JCPA), and in 1982, he founded the Scientific Office for Auditing, Accounting & Consulting (SOAAC). Under his wise leadership, SOAAC has grown over three decades to become one of the primary certified accounting offices in Jordan.

Mr. Masoud has been appointed tax expert of Income Tax Court, and a financial expert of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, and of the Jordanian Commission of Anti-Corruption. In addition, Mr. Masoud was selected by the Ministry of labor to provide financial advisory on the claims submitted to the United Nations Compensation Commission.

During his remarkable career, Mr. Masoud has achieved his ambition of establishing a firm that is able to provide high standard accounting, auditing, and financial services for various business institutions.
